An interactive application to enhance Cap Square Tower’s Tenants’ experience when interacting with the Building Managers.
Tenants are able to log Service Requests, Trouble Tickets and Feedback to resolve their Building Management concerns. All items raised are assigned to the appropriate Building Management team for resolution. Throughout this whole process, the Tenant’s will always have the full view of what are the progress of their Service Requests, Trouble Tickets and Feedback - effectively creating a process flow which is transparent and visible to all.
In the interest of privacy and security, access will be restricted by way of not only entering a Username and Password, but also a valid Authorization Code which is sent via SMS to the Users registered Mobile Number.
This App also provides information on News, Events, Floor Directory, Maintenance Activities and its surroundings at Cap Square Tower, Kuala Lumpur.
